This book is a must read for those who wish to understand our 45th president and make sense of the past five years. Together, we discover the ways and why our 45th president was called unfit: psychologically, temperamentally, spiritually and intellectually. Specifically, we explore Narcissistic Personality Disorder and how that factors into his relationships, leadership and governance. How did this psychology manifest in his administration and his results? The science of mental health helps us understand the motivations and interpretations of behaviors. With my clear explanations and attempt at humor, you do not have to be in healthcare to understand the concepts presented. Also explained is the psychology of projection, and how through that interpretation, we learn so much about this man's subconscious character defects, unacceptable thoughts, defenses, and overt behaviors. We discover his own worst attributes as described by himself. We will explore his leadership style and results as they stem from his mental limitations. This expose is also part diatribe. Through my ranting and venting as a physician and concerned citizen, I look back at the dizzying pace of the past five years; I hope you find the same catharsis and clarity in reading that I did in writing. As I put words to my feelings, I hope it validates what you may have felt as well. This book is a reckoning of the administration, of the lies polluting the public discourse, of the role of the media throughout, of the mishandling of the pandemic, and of the events of January 6, 2021. To my title, I added the phrase and then some... There is much I write that can be filed under and then some...! LOL What does all this say about my country and my people? The book ends with what scares me, a startling prediction, and several calls to action.
