Colleen C. Carson is a self-made Chef, who owned a Catering and Event Company for over 18 years in Vancouver; where she served the rich and famous, political influencers, the movie industry and many more. A Fare Chance begun on the request of her children and when completed Colleen gave as a gift to her two children on Mother's Day in 2007, and now has decided to publish her cookbook. As she puts it, she created 'A Fare Chance' Cookbook with a dash of easy, a tablespoon of simple, a squeeze of gourmet, a drizzle of fun, a sprinkle of romance, and several cups of love.
