Overview

Few poets after William Butler Yeats could reach the depths of human feelings using such simple words, touching images and emotions that reverberate still in the minds of those who love poetry, without distinction of ""Modern"" and ""Modernist"". Some of them, like ""When You are Old"" and ""Politics"" are such insightful, soft and mindful of what it means to be ""old and young at the same time"". Something that, whether we wish to, or not, one can suddenly feel in a moment of when you were actually relaxing, and rue; yet cannot dismiss as lightly as when we are too young, like teenagers.
