Among his compositions are a youthful Piano Concerto, an Alice song cycle and three musicals, as well as various chamber works, songs and piano pieces. The founding Chairman of the Alan Rawsthorne Society he is currently Vice-Chairman of the UK-based Stephen Sondheim Society.
