Murray, BSc (Hons), PhD (Endodontics and Oral Biology), is a Professor of Endodontics at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States. He has spent his career working as an endodontic researcher and instructor in the United States, Europe, and Asia. His research has been sponsored by endodontic associations, the U.S. National Institutes of Health, and dental companies. Dr. Murray has published more than 150 articles, book chapters, and research abstracts. He has been instrumental in developing cutting-edge regenerative endodontic therapies that help to expand the scope of endodontics into healing and regeneration. In 2013, the American Association of Endodontists recognized the significance of Dr. Murray’s contributions to the science and art of endodontology by honoring him with the Ralph F. Sommer Award.
