Author Information

Medy Dervovic is Researcher at the Stefansson Arctic Institute. He is also a doctoral candidate at Reykjavík University researching the normative impact of climate change on the law of the sea in the Arctic and a visiting researcher at the Arctic Centre, University of Lapland. Gudmundur Alfredsson is Senior Associate with the Stefansson Arctic Institute in Akureyri and Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal on Minority and Group Rights (Brill, 2000-). He chaired the UN Working Group on Minorities (2006) and the expert meetings that drafted the OSCE/HCNM Lund Recommendations (1998-99).
