Overview"The goal in witting this Christian Devotional was to aid in the spiritual maturity and growth of the Body of Christ. Rather than a large chunk at one time it gives a small bit every day for a full year with growth taking place slow and strong like the Oak tree. I have sought God on each of these comments as I wrote them listening to what the Holy Spirit spoke to me. I don't claim to be the author other than my name on the cover. I will give the honor of the author to the Holy Spirit and only call myself the penman. The comment for each day is about a five minute read of which you can take those thoughts with you into your day for you and God to talk about. The comments average 600 words each day and are presented in a simple way being supported by scripture. This book quotes over 1,600 verses from ten different translations. Here are two reviews from the test run of this book: This book provides daily food for thought, asking questions and putting forth scriptural evidence written in a way that promotes a deeper understanding of who the God of the Bible is and how we can draw closer to Him. Scott Jackson This book, as Bob likes to say, is not a commentary, but ""A Comment For the Day,"" and I often found his comments to be filled with valuable Holy Spirit downloads to meditate on that will impact your day.
