She has extensive experience working as a Mental Health Professional with both adults and children in various settings. Dr. Moore collaborates with the Norfolk Community Service Board Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program. She earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Psychology with a minor in Clinical Psychology from Walden University. A former educator, she also holds a Master of Arts in Pre-Elementary Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
