After living in the fast-paced city she moved to the lovely countryside so she could focus on becoming the author she always wanted to be. A Christmas Advent Story is her first children's book and she is thrilled to have found a home at Bloomsbury. Ivy now lives in Hertfordshire with her husband and her son. Originally from a small town near Leeds, Hannah Tolson moved the long long way down to Falmouth, Cornwall to study illustration by the sea.
