Editor of Majesty magazine, Commentator on the Royal Family for CBS . Ingrid Seward is the pre-eminent Commentator and Author on the Royal Family. She is currently the Editor-in-Chief of Majesty Magazine, the leading monthly magazine covering the British Royal Family. She is acknowledged as one of the world's leading experts and in the unique position of knowing many members of Royalty and their families personally. Majesty Magazine was launched in 1980 by Peter Shepard, during the lead up to the Queen Mother's 80th birthday celebrations. Ingrid Seward joined the magazine in late 1983 as editor, her connections enabling her to get many exclusive interviews for the magazine. Today, she is mainly responsible for writing some editorial and publicity for the magazine. Currently Majesty magazine is selling around 100,000 copies, with core sales around 40,000 concentrated in North America, Australia and the UK.
