Author Information

Teena is a wife, mother, and juggler of four careers. This is her grand finale! Teena began her career as a dancer with the regional company of the Atlanta Ballet. She transitioned into a founder of the Carl Ratcliff Dance Theatre, a modern dance company that toured the Southeast, where she remained a dancer. She continued in the arts as her third career brought her into sculpting with her husband, Don Haugen, with whom she created many life-sized monuments. Her fourth career has been becoming a painter where she has designed greeting cards and illustrating their pets. Her painting career is what has led to the book ""A Cat Called Narcie."" She hopes that you enjoy reading about Narcie as much as she has enjoyed creating her story.
