He was formerly featured in the infamous Bumfights videos and was labeled ""Rufus the Stunt Bum"" by radio shock jock Howard Stern. Activist and businessman Barry M. Soper is chairman of the board of Oak Grove, a nonprofit educational and residential treatment center. Both live in San Diego, CA."
