Overview

This is the story of a big Bull who is nothing like what he appears to be. He looks imposing, powerful, large, confident... but he is actually anxious and not a people person at all. He is delicate, refined, and a social media sensation. He built this virtual world because he is very anxious about crowds, and being outside in the world. Through a fit of life, he is one day forced to leave his comfort zone to go out and find the material that would allow him to keep his channel alive. Avoiding to leave means the cancellation of his channel, his entire life. So Mr. Moo musters some courage, believes in himself, puts himself out in the world and sets out to save his channel. The vehicle he thought was going to keep him from interacting too much with others is the very object that will push him to interact and realize how beautiful the world is. Mr. Moo comes back from his journey unlike he thought he would ever reach back home. He will never forget his adventure, nor will the world.

Author Information

Dr. Maryam Crogman has had an unusual life experience as a biracial child. Her family's travel around the globe gave her a wealth of experience and knowledge about the beauty of cultures and diversity, a chance to taste foods, go to school in different systems and see the world for what it is. Maryam became a professor in Child Development and Psychology. She has authored several works (e.g. book chapter, articles) addressing issues of body image in youth, cognition, question-asking, education & learning, dyslexia and others. Her interests are in childhood welfare, education, fairness and justice in diversity. She is starting a new Children and Youth book series, among others, with Mr. Moo as its central character to address children and youths' life challenges. Her intention is to address the questions that children & youths have about themes such as race, character, death, higher power, fears, love, family, school and more. Dr. Crogman (A.K.A. Alma Trebeau in the art world) is also an artist who creates beautiful line and brightly colored portraits, a creativity which she also uses in service of youth through her art school located in California, which offers after-school and summer camp art programs. News of new releases of books, events, and arts classes will be announced on the following platforms. They struck a friendship that stood the test of time, and always did art together. They often dreamed of building a project together infused with stories from their life. This book is finally the first of many born from a fun and loving collaboration. They had a blast building this story and hope that the readers will enjoy the ride. Eva Fuks is a French-born accomplished artist and interior designer based in Paris. Her style is akin to the artist Matisse. She has a very natural line and sketching touch through which she represents the daily life of the common people in all its humoristic conditions, diversity and emotions. Her themes range from representing the people in the streets, buses and trains, Parisian's small streets and markets, villages views and other daily life scenes. She also draws beautiful bodies akin to Matisse's paper compositions. Her inspiration comes from the hustle and bustle of the city life, and from a heavy family and people history that opened her heart to how much kindness to humanity is important. Eva has a boundless sense of humor that always brings the funny out of the worst situation and this shows up in her illustration of the Mr. Moo's series.
