He is IEEE Senior Member, founder and director of Cybermatics and Cyberspace International Science and Technology Cooperation Base, co-founder and director of DMU – USTB Smart Healthcare Co–Laboratory, co-founder and co-chair of IEEE SMC Society Technical Committee on Cybermatics.
