Moving to Los Angeles in 1946 after graduating high school, he attended LACC and Cal State Northridge receiving a BA degree in Accounting. Accepted as a member of the Director's Guild of America - DGA in 1978, he went onto work in the TV and Motion Picture Industry for over 50 years traveling internationally on numerous productions.
