She is also an educational psychologist and a qualified teacher. She has worked with children, young people and their families, and the professionals around them for over 40 years, specialising in mental health, neurodevelopmental conditions and special needs. Heather and her husband have also been a specialist foster carers and have four adopted children. Heather uses Personal Construct Psychology for her therapeutic work and for her work with teams and organisations.
