Author Information

Fencing Master Paul Sise, the author of A Basic Foil Companion, holds the titles of Maitre d'Epee and Prevot d'Armes from the International Academy of Arms and the US Fencing Coaches Association. He also holds Level 3 Certifications in all three weapons from the USA Fencing Coaches College. He is certified as a Level 3 Armorer by the Armorers College. Paul has been a member of the US Fencing Coaches Association's Certification and Accreditation Board since 2011. He regularly teaches coaching clinics in the New England area. He is the owner and head coach of Pioneer Valley Fencing Academy in Western Massachusetts.
