Overview

In the village of Mahali Pazuri, everyone lived in peace-until jealousy came knocking. Chief Omari loved his people. Their leader, Jengo, wanted to destroy the happiness he could never create. When a trader brought news of an impending attack, Chief Omari made a difficult decision: Everyone must flee to the Secret Mountain. Leave behind anything that could lead the enemy to you. But one family couldn't bear to leave their dog, Moto. They hid him in a storage hut. They tied him to a pole. They promised themselves he would be quiet. He was not quiet. That night, Moto's bark echoed through the empty village. The enemy set him free. And his loyal nose-desperate to find the family he loved-led the warriors straight to the cave behind the waterfall. What happened next changed the village forever.
