André Hueston Mack, one of the US’s top sommeliers, worked at both The French Laundry and Per Se. He is the founder of Mouton Noir wine, annually producing 13 varietals in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, and he is also a graphic designer and visual artist. Mack lives in Brooklyn, New York.
