His previous fiction includes The Tommie Felon Show (2017), 9/11 Two (2016) Miscarriages (2018, 2019 Australian edition) and Ferry to Williamstown (2020). He has written nonfiction books on the history of punishment and torture, edited a four volume encyclopedia, Crime and Punishment around the World, and regularly contributes to a variety of criminology and criminal justice periodicals. His forthcoming fiction includes, Holy Water a satirical farce, due for release in mid 2020.
