"Ron Mercer is the Co-Founder and Director of Corporate/EAP Services for the Center for Creative Living, a private psychological/ consulting practice in Coral Springs, Florida. He holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology as well as a Doctorate in Adult Developmental Psychology, specializing in men's/gender issues. Along with his clinical practice, he conducts seminars and training for organizations and corporations, focusing on such areas as wellness, communication training, and confl ict resolution. He is a specialist in critical debriefi ng therapy. ""9/11: Critical Incident"" is the fourth book that he has written. He continues to be a fi rst responder when called to both human-caused and natural crises and traumatic situations.
