Author Information

Andrew is an Illinois-native and New Jersey raised alumnus of Wake Forest University. The author is a speaker or participating author for multiple festivals including (but not limited to) the Mississippi Book Festival (2017-19, and 2022-23), Bluffton Book Festival (Bluffton, SC), the Conyers Book Festival (2025), and the Hunt For Foundation/Juneteenth Festival (2022-24 in Lincoln, IL). With a series of book signings in Birmingham, Chicago, Detroit, Dallas, Nashville, Washington DC, Baltimore, and even his alma mater of Wake Forest University (among other venues), he's a growing presence in the literary world. He's been nominated as an author of the year (Black Only Awards in 2021) and recipient of the 1906 Award by Majority Greek Magazine along with appearing on multiple television, radio, and podcasts, including Talk of Alabama (ABC 33/40 in Birmingham, AL) and The Local Vibe (WXII NBC 12 in Winston-Salem, NC).
