The author is a speaker or participating author for multiple festivals including (but not limited to) the Mississippi Book Festival (2017-19, and 2022-23), Bluffton Book Festival (Bluffton, SC), the Conyers Book Festival (2025), and the Hunt For Foundation/Juneteenth Festival (2022-24 in Lincoln, IL). With a series of book signings in Birmingham, Chicago, Detroit, Dallas, Nashville, Washington DC, Baltimore, and even his alma mater of Wake Forest University (among other venues), he's a growing presence in the literary world.
