Overview

After living with Alien Civilizations and participating in galactic-scale space battles, Vance is brought back to Earth by the Měngjiàng Yún-Rén [ 猛将云人 Fierce Warriors Cloud People], who are Aliens a million years in advance of humans. The CIA quickly becomes involved.
