Gillian Jones is co-Managing Director of Emerge, an organisational and behavioural change consultancy, specialising in coaching culture strategy. Gillian has worked both as an executive coach and consultant for over 12 years, supporting organisations to transform their business and empower teams through creating a coaching culture. Ro Gorell is a change consultant and business coach. Her business specialises in helping organizations understand the lifecycle of change and how it impacts business performance ranging from reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, values and culture, strategy and leadership changes.
