She has developed innovative health and physical education curriculums and projects since 1995 and has presented at several conferences. She has received the CAHPERD Young Professional Award and numerous teaching awards. Carolyn Evans, BEdu, is a teacher librarian with the Peel District in Ontario. She is also the co-ordinator of school environmental initiatives and chairperson of the school green team.
