Charlie has worked in multiples areas of the insurance world since beginning in 2001. Licensed in Property/Casualty, along with Life and Health, he began handling customer service and data entry. Charlie's persistent efforts turned an underperforming service department into an A+ rating. Well-versed in various elements of insurance, Charlie has worked in claims and underwriting, consistently reaching sales goals as a top performing agent. In 2014, Charlie founded Good Circle Insurance with the aspiration of being a different type of insurance agency: one focusing on the kinds of service and cost-savings measures traditional agents neglect. In 2016, Charlie and Good Circle Insurance were named the financial services firm of the year by CV magazine. Charlie is the former president of the Mission Viejo Chamber of Commerce and currently serves on the Board of Directors. He was named Volunteer of the Year in 2009 by the BIA trade contractors council for his service to the organization. One of Charlie's main passions is helping people with cancer. Consequently, he donates to his time to the Cancer and Blood Disorders Center in Atlanta, Georgia, every year and has walked in several Relays for Life with the American Cancer Society. Charlie strongly lives by the saying: The smartest man in the world doesn't know enough.
