Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationDuron was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, and is the Tribe Leader to the Innovation Tribe of America serving innovators in their businesses and careers. Duron began his path as an advocate for student voice and leadership in high school. Duron attended Seattle University's Albers School of Business & Economics and went on to obtain a Bachelors in Business Administration with a major focus in Business Management and a minor focus in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. During his time at Seattle University he served as a consultant in aiding the business school and community engagement department in college access and planning for high school youth. He also worked with the College of Education in developing an alternative public high school on their campus to better serve disenfranchised youth towards reaching high school graduation and post-secondary attainment. As of 2017, Duron serves on the advisory board to both the Academy of Finance and Academy of Hospitality and Tourism in Seattle, WA; he also serves as the Director of the Summer Business Institute for Seattle University. He has also worked with 4,000 high school students and 200 corporate business leaders across Washington State in career development for the community.
