Author Information

Miranda Paul is the award-winning author of more than a dozen books for children, including Little Libraries, Big Heroes illustrated by John Parra, 365 illustrated by Julien Chung, Nine Months illustrated by Jason Chin, and Speak Up illustrated by Ebony Glenn. She is a founding member of the organization We Need Diverse Books, and lives with her family in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Julien Chung has been a professional designer and illustrator for over twenty-five years. He is the illustrator of picture books such as Becoming Blue by Ellen Tarlow; Vrooom, Vrooom! by Mary Lyn Ray; and 365 by Miranda Paul. He has created licensed characters for brands worldwide and works for La Presse newspaper in Montreal, Quebec. He lives in Montreal with his wife and a lovebird named Cookie.
