HJ is married to Lindy with six children ranging 22 to 2. Before medical school, he taught and coached at a high school level before owning his own clinical practice for nearly a decade. With his wife, he created an award winning medical business and practice based on retail medical clinic model. While in practice, he volunteered as faculty member for medical schools and held clinical rotations for medical, PA, and NP students.
