Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationTim Herrera has done just about everything a person can do in media: TV news reporter and anchor, radio news reporter and anchor, newspaper columnist, free-lance writer, talk show host and Communications Director, as well as college writing and communications instructor. He has extensive experience in media relations having served as Communications Director for several agencies for the State of California including the Department of Consumer Affairs and the Department of Conservation. He currently serves as the Communications Director for the Sacramento County Office of Education where he has earned numerous awards from the California School Public Relations Association (CalSPRA). Tim spent 22 years in the journalism business, with most of that time spent honing his public speaking skills in television and radio in Sacramento, Pittsburgh and Dallas/Fort Worth.
