Born in northern China in the 1960s, Yun grew up with winters of snow, summers of wind, and a love for words that stayed with her through every place she lived. She studied in Shanghai, earning a degree in Materials Science, and later immigrated to the United States, where she completed a Master's in Computer Science.For thirty years she worked as a software programmer, carrying her quiet love of writing beside her. Upon retiring, she finally returned to that early calling.This book is her first published work-an old dream, brought gently into the light.
