Zikr-e-mahtab my debut poetry collection is a gentle ache wrapped in moonlight- an ode to love, longing, and the silent revolutions of soul . This collection began not with intent, but with urgency. It is born out of intensity, of love that had nowhere to go but these pages, of solitude that taught me the language of stillness. Here you will find the confessions I never voiced, the passions I dared not speak aloud, the way desire drips gently into verse, and how nature, especially the moon became my confidante.

Shefali Nanda is a poet and final year MBBS student from Raipur, Chhattisgarh. In her debut collection Zikr-e-Mahtab, she weaves a tapestry of Hindi -Urdu Sufi inspired verse that portrays her journey from solitude to solace, from feeling colourless to finding her own vibrant hues in nature. Her poetry dances with themes of love, unrequited affection, longing, passion, and self discovery guided always by the whispers of moon.
