मंजू जिंदल का जन्म दिल्ली में हुआ था यहीं दिल्ली यूनिवर्सिटी से इन्होंने अपनी एम ए बी एड की शिक्षा प्राप्त की । इनके परिवार में पति,तीन पुत्रियाँ और एक पुत्र है और सब विवाहित हैं । इन्हें छोटी-२ कविताएँ लिखने का शौक है और सरल शब्दों में अपने मन की बात कहना चाहती हैं । अब ये अपने पति डॉ जे पी जिंदल और पुत्र अग्रिम जिंदल और पुत्रवधु अपूर्वा के साथ ह्यूस्टन शहर अमेरिका में रहती हैं । इनको लिखने के साथ खाना बनाना, निटिंग और क्रोशे भी करना पसंद है।
