Mama's Hometown Is Kaohsiung, Southern Taiwan is a children's picture book about two siblings' adventures traveling through Southern Taiwan. Come along and learn the culture of Mama's home country, and see how the two siblings enjoy their visit and fall in love with Southern Taiwan. About the Author Min-Hua Lin is a mother of two. She is originally from Taiwan but now lives in the state of Washington, where she loves to work in the educational field. She loves to spend her free time volunteering at her kids' schools, helping in the school's cultural fair, supporting non-profit organizations, drawing, singing, and creating artwork. Min-Hua's own children are bicultural and have enjoyed the Taiwanese culture, language, and food. Through this book, Mama's Hometown Is Kaohsiung, Southern Taiwan, Min-Hua's desire is to help families better understand the Taiwanese culture and how it compares to their own, and maybe even inspire a desire to visit and see it for themselves.
