Overview

笔者从二十世纪六十年代初开始收集、整理桂林传统方言谚语（俚语、俗语、歇后语）五十多年来从未停止过。笔者之所以对它感兴趣，是因为方言谚语的比兴风趣、幽默、诙谐，比如形容穿的衣服大了讲成""骚甲子披蓑衣。""形容鞋子大了讲成""狗踩潲瓢。""形容袖套大了讲成""筷子捞水筒。""形容衣服小了讲成""手长衣袖短""等等，读来琅琅上口，说起形象生动，绝不亚于那些百世流芳的诗词曲赋。 2014年，笔者在桂林电视台《板路》节目里整整讲了一年零三个月的""桂林传统方言的板路""，后来笔者把讲稿改写成小品文，其中有一百来篇已在《桂林晚报》《桂林日报》《花桥》等刊物上陆续发表，于是形成了这个小集子，也算是对我收集、整理方言的回报吧。
