Major General P J S Sandhu a veteran of 1971 Indo Pak war was commissioned into the Indian Army in 1966 and retired after 37 years of service. Presently, he is the Deputy Director and Editor of the United Service Institution (USI) of India. Lieutenant General Vinay Shankar, a veteran of 62,65 & 71 Indo Pak Wars, served in the Indian Army for 40 years. During his service he was was involved in counter-insurgency operations in Nagaland and Manipur. Currently he is a council member of the United Service Institution (USI) of India. Major General G G Dwivedi a veteran of 1971 Indo Pak War was commissioned into the Indian Army in 1971. He was India's Defense Attache in China and retired as Assistant Chief of Defense Staff, HQ IDS in 2009. Currently, he is a Professor and Chairman, International Studies, Aligarh Muslim University. Air Marshal Bharat Kumar is a retired officer from the Indian Air Force. Ambassador Ranjit Singh Kalha, IFS is a former Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs and a former Member of the National Human Rights Commission. While in service, he was a member of the China Study Group and led India for the 6th, 7th and 8th Round of boundary talks with China. Ms Bhavna Tripathy is an international security analyst. She has worked as a researcher with the Centre for Armed Forces Historical Research at the United Service Institution of India, New Delhi, and with the Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses (IDSA). She holds a Masters degree in History of International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
