12 Christmas Duets by Kenneth Baird is a delightful collection of intermediate to advanced level duets based on traditional Christmas carols. They are challenging at times (not for beginners) without being overwhelming; at times joyful, at times uplifting, at times serene. In addition to being a great resource for teachers to play at lessons with their students, these duets are suitable for informal Christmas performances and many are appropriate for church services. Note: No effort has been made by the arranger to make these duets for trumpet compatible with most of the duet collections he has arranged for other instruments. These duets are arranged specifically for trumpets. The exception is that these trumpet duets are compatible with the bass clef duets with the same title.
