102 Models of Procurement and Supply Chain Management

Overview

During our teaching and consultancy work over the years, we have seen the use and application of many Procurement, Supply Chain and Management models. These models help the user understand, evaluate or position features and characteristics to enable a more considered assessment and diagnosis throughout the Procurement process. More importantly they add structure to reports, marks to exam answers and substance to assignments. Aside from updating and realigning the content to the revised academic syllabi, our endeavour with this second edition is to expand on our 2015 publication to give extra depth and attention to the use of the main models within the structure of distinction and A* grade assignments and exam responses. Further, at the request of a significant number of students during our academic delivery, we have included ideas and additional guidance useful for attainment of extra marks and higher grades.
