As a retired middle school math and science teacher for regular education, as well as gifted education students, Phil has served as a science consultant to numerous school districts throughout the United States. Phil holds a master's degree in school administration and secondary education. At the university graduate level, he has trained more than 5,000 students in the art of hands-on science.
