I have this incredible love for rock climbing because it brings me so much joy and makes me feel free! When I'm climbing, my mind goes quiet, and my body focuses only on the next move. But you know what makes it even better? Coaching new climbers and helping them find peace, take deep breaths, and solve problems with a growth mindset. It motivates me to keep developing new and exciting ways to teach! When we have fun and let go of fear, and when we play and explore, we grow so much. That's why I believe the climbers I teach will have a life full of happiness and problem-solving skills. It's like a superpower! I've been coaching new climbers since 2014, and write for the Climbing Wall Association. I love creating cool opportunities for growth at The Crag Climbing Gym in Nashville! It's an amazing place to learn and have fun.
