Jim Garrity is a practicing employment discrimination and civil rights lawyer with an active caseload across Florida and Georgia. His practice is limited to representing employees and victims only, although he began his career representing employers in the same kinds of cases. His advice thus carries with it a balance of common sense and perspective. He has appeared as counsel in roughly 2,000 federal and state lawsuits, averaging ten to twenty depositions per case. He has been described by some as among the nation's most elite trial lawyers. One federal judge sagely observed during a court hearing that Mr. Garrity has pulled many a rabbit out of many a hat in winning jury verdicts in the most impossible cases.
