This book contains 100 beautiful, full-page images of fine art from the Metropolitan Museum of Art's collections. The artworks span the 1300s through the 1900s, with an emphasis on the Renaissance period. In addition to expected oil paintings from well-known artists, this book has been curated to include a wide range of styles and media. At the time of publication, a second volume is already being planned because there are so many great pieces of art that couldn't fit in this volume.
