In 2013, he won a Primary Science Teacher Award from the Primary Science Teaching Trust (PSTT) and has been an active member of the trust since. Paul is also a member of the Association for Science Education (ASE) and has written extensively on primary science issues. He regularly delivers workshops and keynote speeches at national and international conferences about his work on topical science, science capital and career inspirations in primary schools. Bryony Turford has been teaching for nearly 20 years and delivering professional development sessions for leaders, teachers, trainees and NQTs for over 15 years.
