Overview

The Boom Brothers (Rico, Willy and Dave) welcome you to high caliber weapons and adventure on this, their first novel. If you don't like to see terrorist pukes, gangstas, and traitors get their just deserts, well, I guess about right now you hear your momma callin'. For the rest of you hardcore, get cocked and locked. You're going to have some fun whether you like it or not. In We're Gonna Need Bigger Guns, the three brothers' father, Sarge, a decorated Marine war hero and police officer, is brutally murdered by a gang of drug-dealing cult-member scum. Raised learning how to use their Daddy's war trophy weapons and always do the right thing, the boys begin their first exploit by avenging their father's death. If you like guns, violence, and stories about bad guys who pay for their sins with their own blood, you'll love this book. And that's only the first chapter. More opportunities for vigilante justice ensue as the brothers find out they have a talent for killing. As their gift for dealing death to those who deserve it become recognized at the top of the government food chain, the Boom Brothers turn their hobby into a Judge, Jury and Executioner steamroller that smashes it's way through the best of the worst for the benefit of God, Country, and their Ma's apple pie. The mission of the Boom Brothers is to take out the world's trash - one bag at a time.

Author Information

Paul Lee Taylor used his three brothers, Rico, Willy and Dave (pseudonyms), and their real life adventures as a model for developing this, his first book, We're Gonna Need Bigger Guns. The intellectual of the Taylor family, Paul began his journey as a writer early in life. Winning creative writing contests and publishing short stories in many publications at a very young age, Taylor's work was known for its creativity, action and attention to extreme detail. He graduated with a degree in Journalism from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and began his career as a wordsmith shortly thereafter. After a brief stint as a reporter for the Detroit Free Press, Paul landed a job on the east coast as a Copy Writer in a Baltimore ad agency. In a new city and at the height of the golden age of advertising, his talent blossomed and career opportunities grew. With several defense contractors and political organizations as advertising and public relations clients in nearby Washington, DC, Paul learned a lot about government affairs and business from an insider's point of view. Always in touch with his brothers, he followed their careers and secret lives closely, knowing that his personal experience and what he knew about their extraordinary, secret lives would someday provide fascinating material for his creation, the Boom Brothers, and the books and movies about their exploits planned in the near future. We're Gonna Need Bigger Guns is the first of Paul's stories about the adventures of the three brothers.
