Dr. Anwar Sajwani is an award-winning Emirati consultant ophthalmologist. He has worked at hospitals under Dubai Health Authority for more than 25 years, and was also a senior lecturer and examiner at Dubai Medical College. His quest for medical knowledge and expertise has taken him to multiple countries, including Pakistan, Lebanon, Egypt, Ireland, UK and France, while his passion to treat patients has driven him to volunteer at different medical camps. He also has extensive knowledge on issues and challenges internationally, and in the Middle East specifically. He aims to shed light on them through his publications. In 2021, he has published, with Austin Macauley Publishers (Sharjah, UAE), his first book Love in the Season of Hate. Following that, he has continued collaborating with Austin Macauley Publishers (London, UK) in 2022 for In Search of New Life, and in 2023 for Two Hearts One War.
