Author Information

"Patt Paulos was born in Sioux City, Iowa, and raised by her Greek and Norwegian father and an Italian mother. Together, they taught their eight children the importance of love, being compassionate, and forgiving unceasingly. These ""treasures"" became the pillars upon which she built her life, especially as a wife to Rod Darrow and a mother to Shannon, Chris, and Tom. When called upon, she collects, delivers, and serves meals to the poor, which she finds extremely rewarding. Yet, Patt's life-dream was to write books for children. With fifteen books now complete, she chose this one to be the first published. Her hopes are that the simple, heartwarming stories will brighten the lives of children, not only in the United States but across the English-speaking world. Enjoy!"
