Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationLiterary sleuth, world creator and cosplay madman Frank Beddor dared to expose the true story of Wonderland in the New York Times-bestselling young adult trilogy The Looking Glass Wars. To satisfy the awakened curiosity of his readers he continued to tell the story of Royal Bodyguard Hatter Madigan's adventures during his search for the lost princess, in the Eisner-nominated graphic novel series Hatter M. The Looking Glass Wars won the Benjamin Franklin Award for best YA audiobook in 2007. Frank's latest investigation into his alternate Wonderland is his new book, Hatter Madigan: Ghost in the H.A.T.B.O.X., following thirteen year-old cadet Hatter Madigan and his fellow cadets on their adventures at the Millinery Academy. Frank lives and cosplays in Los Angeles where he is now developing the Broadway musical of The Looking Glass Wars. Co-writer Curtis Clark grew up the son of a farmer in Wacousta, Michigan. He spent his youth spun up in a tornado of comics, novels, film, television and games. It eventually spit him out in Los Angeles, where he now lives and writes. Finnish artist Sami Makkonen illustrated the graphic novels Blue and Deadworld Slaughterhouse for Desperado before signing on to visually document the travels of Hatter Madigan. He won the 2007 Sarjis award for best fantasy comic and is a two-time winner of the Ghastly Award for Best Horror Mini-Series. Sami is a graduate of the University of Tartu, Estonia, and has illustrated web comics for Chemistry Set and Split Lip as well as CD covers for Finnish artists Ródsogarden and Anssi Kela.
