Previously Dr. Segal was an arms control analyst for the China Project at the Union of Concerned Scientists. His work has appeared in the Financial Times, the Economist, and the Wall Street Journal, among others. Dr. Segal is the author of Advantage: How American Innovation Can Overcome the Asian Challenge and Digital Dragon: High-Technology Enterprises in China. Don Hagen has been behind the microphone since fifth grade. He is a nine-time winner of the Peer Award for narration/voice-over and twice winner of an AudioFile Earphones Award.
