Author Information

Brian Azzarello has written comics professionally since the 1990s. He is the writer and co-creator with Eduardo Risso of the acclaimed Vertigo monthly series 100 BULLETS, winner of the 2002 Harvey Award and the 2002 and 2004 Eisner Award for best continuing series. Azzarellos's other writing credits for DC Comics include BATMAN- BROKEN CITY and JONNY DOUBLE, both with Risso, GANGLAND, BATMAN/DEATHBLOW, LEX LUTHOR- MAN OF STEEL, and an Eisner-nominated run on HELLBLAZER. Brian is the current writer of the critically acclaimed WONDER WOMAN title as part of DC Comics--The New 52.
