Author Information

Dee Brown (1908-2002) was a leading authority on western American history. Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee was a New York Times bestseller translated into twelve languages and is considered a classic in its field. Dwight Jon Zimmerman has adapted children's versions of books by distinguished authors such as James McPherson and Simon Winchester. He lives in Brooklyn, New York.
